After destabilizing the opponent, e.g. by leaning against him with a beng chui, if the opponent resists lean back and kick his weighted front leg to make him fall. If the Throw fails, you might pull your opponent towards you while stepping back to let him make a step and prepare your next technique

Insert your front arm below your opponent’s front arm and hurl him around by turning. Then push his chest with your forearm to the outside while controlling his front wrist with your rear hand. Hook his front foot from the outside with your front foot and sweep it in the opposite direction to which you are pushing with your arm to make him fall to his back.

If your opponent resists, pull his arms to hurl im around and break his structure. By using a stealing step you move your whole body to create enough momentum for the pull. Use the stealing step to move backwards in a 90degree angle from your opponent. This will pull him forward but avoids that he collides with you.

Sometimes you are in an inside position (e.g. when you tried to throw over your front leg and your opponent steps over your leg to avoid the throw). You may lower your stance aftern turning to make the throw even more easy.

Grab your opponents wrist and pull his rear arm to the outside, ideally sealing his front arm below.This can be achieved by pulling both arms in seperate directions until they connect at elbow level. Simultaneosly hook around his front foot and pull it with your foot to make him stumble. Additionally use your rear arm to strike to his face in a swinging action to make him fall to his back. If you are standing frontal without leg binding, use the circle strike to make your opponent stepping to the side and sweep his leg by intercepting his step.

If i have connected front to front hand, I then use my front hand to pull his wrist while advancing my rear foot and using my other fist to cut downward onto his front elbow, the middle of his upper arm, or behind his funny bone.
Whenever I am not yet connecting to an opponent’s body or my wrist has been seized, I can use a fist to do a cutting strike to his forearm.
If I unsuccessfully use my front hand to pull his front wrist, and his rear hand is already on its way to strike me, I then apply this technique, advancing and using my rear fist to do a cutting strike to intercept his advancing arm.

Step behind your opponents front leg, then i slip my front hand behind his rear elbow and prop up to the side.
The higher I go with this, the more effective it will be. I prop up until it is past my head, then use my other fist to strike to his ribs. If I have hooked his foot, then the act of propping up and taking him across, coupled with my body twisting to the outside, will make him topple without my having to strike him.
If i already connected to his rear wrist with my rear hand, when I slip my front arm behind his rear elbow, with my front arm folding inward and my rearh hand pushing outward, his arm can be broken. These kinds of techniques all have to be assisted by power from the waist.

When the opponent steps back and you only got contact front to front, then follow up directly with a full step and a strike to the head with your leading arm. You may use a slightly circular movement instead of a straight 'corkscrew' punch. Thus, hitting with the meaty part of your fist (like a hammerfist) or forearm. This will make it easier to further seal the opponent when he blocks your strike.
