TechniqueName: tiger riding (step), spinning wheel, method,

FanChe method is a rolling circle like movement or force

* In modern luo guang yu lineages, the movement of this posture comes from below upwards (like a upercut) not downwards. we dont know when this change was made, as from luo guang yu we know only the picture series. Anyway, when using the upper force, this posture indicates a different application, it could mean: step over the enemy front left leg with left, grab his rear right arm with your right and push him over your front leg with a left uppercut or arm bar.
* Also interesting is, that if this posture is interpreted as a right throw, there is no need for a gou lou cai in previous posture (indeed its harder to create a situation where its possible to throw to the right after gou lou cai). We currently know two different versions of luo guang yu notes, one dont use the gou lou cai, the second use gou lou cai but completely skip the current posture 13 and goes directly into the crushing step / palm push. The maybe older quanpu from the age of fan xu dong (and the mantis king quan pu which seems to be created from this fan xu dong quan pu) using both gou lou cai and then cat stance turning-wheel pattern (fan che shi). as we know from the routine xiao fan che (or just fan che). the fan che punch is like continous hammer fist punches with rolling force. if only one fist is used, this creates a rolling/forward/downward force
