TechniqueName: bent, wrist, <br><br>Zhe Wan (bend wrist) is the name of the technique (see quan pu of rou ling quan) sometimes it is combined with the following technique "sticky elbow" (ni zhou) to zhe Wan Ni Zhou <br><br>The stance is probably not a golden rooster stance. quan pu states ti tui (lift leg) which is the same as in beng bu 2. road in the technique gou lou ni zhou (hook, rake, sticky elbow). but not the same as the golden rooster stance in road 1 beng bu (named 'jump up') <br><br>zhé wàn 折腕 Wrist break: grab an adversary’s hand with<br>both hands, place his palm towards you, and press his<br>hand forward and down to hyper-extend his wrist. (falk dictionary of martial arts) <br><br>In the quan pu of beng bu from the fan xu dong era, this technique is described as 'divide yin and yang' 分陰陽 This is in fact a massage method from TCM where the wrist is hold in both hands, thumbs lying in the middle to push outwards.
